How To Buy Tamiflu Online, Bird Flu And Avian Flu Treatment - Are You Protected From An Epidemic?

Monday, April 28th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=John_B.] John B. Tamiflu is an anti viral drug which will serve as the frontline of defense, should there ever be an avian influenza pandemic. There is no reliable vaccine for the H5N1 virus yet, so until one becomes available, tamiflu will be used to stem the symptoms and spread of avian influenza (bird flu). Is there a way to buy tamiflu online, legally without a prescription, script or doctor’s visit? Before discussing tamiflu and an effective avian flu / bird flu treatment. lets have a look at the avian flu or H5N1 influenza virus. Bird flu has been around in one form or another for many years but in 1997the first human case of avian flu was recorded. This caused alarm and millions of poultry were killed to stem the likelihood of a worldwide epidemic. Tamiflu had not yet been invented or discovered and withouta suitable vaccine or anti viral drug, the bird flu influenza would certainly spark a pandemic. After killing millions of poultry, and unfortunately, losing many lives to the H5N1 virus, due to human contamination from exposure to chickens, roosters and other poultry, The globalcommunity thought that the influenza outbreak had been contained and defeated. So there was no reasonfor anti viral drugs such as tamiflu or a vaccine. The virus had not mutated into a contagious virus which could be passed from human to human and it seemed like a great success. Unfortunately, bird flu has reared its ugly head again and is once again making worldwide newsand fear of a pandemic is greater than ever. The need for an anti viral drug such as tamiflu is now massive. The virus has still not made the transition to a virus which is passed from human to human, but it looks imminent. Millions of boxes of tamiflu are being manufactured and governments throughout the world are stockpiling the drug. Can you afford to go without it? click this link [http://www.naturestreatments.com/tamiflu-article.html] buy tamiflu online from a reputable, reliable source. 100 Free Online Dating Services

By Keith Londrie Create a great autobiography at your courting website and the first email that you send to another member will be an absolute stunner. Internet meeting has become a norm, and is gaining in acceptability. Seems like everywhere we surf on the Internet nowadays we run across this little advertisement: ‘Free internet personals’. The dating web sites are abundant and flourishing. It’s no wonder, people do not have to commit to a date until they are ready. Then they can ask the best prospects for a date and even something further. The development of the Online world and the Web has transformed our planet into a digitalized global village. Online courting is simply a free dating service that you use via the internet. If you are looking for a date, but are a bit skeptical about using an online dating service, give it a try. As I stated above, you can search for as long as you would like without committing to a date or meeting with another person. Some dating web sites just ask for very basic buzz before attempting to match you to a potential collaborator. By using an internet courting service, you dont have to wait until the weekend to meet someone. You can easily have more fun with a woman when all of the pressure is off. Communicating through the internet gives you some sort of identity protection, until you are more comfortable with the prospective date to go to the next level. Using an internet dating service to find dates was once frowned upon and even considered scary. There are many internet courting sites that have very short sign-up processes and others that require you to answer lots of questions. Internet dating is not all fun and games and there are a lot of things that a person has to know about online courting before one gets into the intricacies of it. Take your time and meet different people online and slowly find the match that you are looking for. The traditional argument for not using the internet to meet someone is that it is not natural. Whether you find your date on the internet or in person, you could end up with a true loved one or a broken heart. Online courting is now a huge industry. If an online dater sends you threatening e-mails or makes you feel uncomfortable, you can simply report them to the online dating service and have their account revoked Keith Londrie II is a successful Webmaster and publisher of how-to-date-woman.info A website that specializes in providing advice on how to date women online that you can research on the internet in your pajamas from the comfort of your own home. How To Conduct Effective Online Surveys

Friday, April 25th, 2008

By Nick Hill Although they are inexpensive and product fast results, online surveys still need to be conducted properly to be really effective. The key steps for conducting effective online surveys are: Identify your objective Decide what information you need Develop a questionnaire Conduct the survey Analyze the responses Recommend a course of action * Identify your objective Online surveys are conducted to find out the characteristics, behaviors, opinions, and knowledge of a particular population. No matter what the subject matter, all surveys are conducted with an objective, to gather information relevant to a specific problem or situation. And the key to a successful survey is clearly identifying that objective upfront. To do that, ask yourself “what problem am I trying to solve?” The ideal objective has a narrow scope and can be clearly stated. The wider the scope, the more complex your survey and the less meaningful its results. Always remember, your survey is only as good as your understanding of your objective! * Decide what information you need Once you have defined your objective, identify the information you need to gather to achieve your objective. If the objective is clear and narrow, the information you need to gather will be apparent. Be specific and avoid the temptation to gather “extra” bits of information that are “nice to know” but not relevant to your objective. Once you have identified the information you need, you should explore the possibility of gathering it from existing data sources. With an abundance of information available from corporate databases and public information sources, you might gather the information without even conducting a survey! * Develop a questionnaire Developing the questionnaire is undoubtedly the most important part of conducting a survey. The quality of the questions will determine the quality of the results and the effectiveness of your survey. Get tips for developing an effective questionnaire. * Conduct the survey Once you have developed the questionnaire, you need to test it on a few people to determine if it is clearly written and can be understood by people representing your potential respondents. Testing the survey might take several iterations, but it is well worth the effort. Once you are satisfied that your questionnaire is clear and unambiguous, you are ready to conduct your survey. If you are going to distribute your survey through email, make sure that your email message is clear and compelling. A boring message will not get the attention of your potential respondents and decrease your response rate. Additionally, you should also remember the following things: Address emails to a single person whenever possible. Always use the blind carbon copy (BCC) if you must send a single email message to a group of people. Include a valid email address in the “From” field or the recipients will consider your message as spam. Provide the URL that will take people directly to your survey, if you are inviting them to the website to take the survey. Tell recipients how to contact you if they have a problem or concern. Identify the source of purchased email addresses so recipients know who to contact if they want to be removed from the list. Ignore the “flame” or “hate” messages you might receive in response to your email invitation. A small percentage of the recipients always take offense to something or the other. If you are going to distribute your survey from your website, you need to consider how will get visitors to take the survey. If your site has just enough traffic, you can probably place a hypertext link on your home page through which visitors can reach your survey. If you have very heavy traffic, you can use a program on your web server to randomly deliver your survey to some of the visitors. However, if your website doesn’t have enough traffic, you should consider sending invitations by email or other traditional methods. Once you have sent out notifications, responses will begin to come in immediately. For online surveys that invite individual participants (email or postal mail), most people will respond within 72 hours of receiving your invitation. Surveys that rely on passive participation (clicking on website links or responding to indirect advertising) generally take much longer. In either case, you need to decide how long to keep your surve active based on your target audience and how many responses you need to collect. If you are surveying a known group of people (e.g. customers, employees, students, etc) you might need to send out reminders to remind some people to take the survey. * Analyze the responses You can begin to analyze the responses as soon as you receive them. Unlike traditional methods, online surveys make it possible to analyze responses without human intervention. Responses are received in electronic format and immediately added to a database. Once in the database, they can be manipulated with a variety of tools, including the survey software, statistical packages, spreadsheets, and presentation programs. The key to proper analysis of online surveys is no different than that for traditional methods. You must be able to filter the data and display results in a variety of formats for effective analysis. And always remember to relate the analysis back to your objective. * Recommend a course of action The last step in conducting effective online surveys is to recommend a course of action. With your objective in mind, you should be able to recommend specific actions as a result of your survey. Your recommendations can vary widely depending upon the nature of the problem you are trying to solve. If you cannot identify any actions as a result of your survey, then it is highly possible that your objective was too broad, your information needs were incorrect or incomplete, or your questionnaire was poorly written. In these cases, your recommended action should be to conduct further study. 10 Wedding Do’s and Don’ts for Your Wedding

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

By Irene Conlan Most of us have some strong negative feelings about dos and donts just like we dislike other people telling what we must and must not do. but sometimes knowing where the pitfalls are ahead of time keeps us from falling into a hole we cant get out of. And sometimes knowing what others did that did or did not work for their wedding helps us make our wedding even more special. As an officiant some of my recommendations are: 1. Do make your wedding a joint venture between bride and groom. Some grooms just want to know what to wear and where and when to show up. Some brides want to call all the shots and make all the decisions. Make your decisions together - you will be doing this for the rest of your lives and this is a good place to start. 2. Do get everything that can get done in advance done as far in advance as you can. You dont want to discover the day before your wedding that you have forgotten to get your marriage license or that your dress isnt ready. 3. Do let your ceremony reflect who you are as individuals and who you are as a couple. This can be done with the music, readings, vows and other personal stories and selections you make. 4. Do take into consideration family tensions or sore spots when you plan your seating. If parents have divorced and remarried and have tension in each others presence, be sensitive about how they are seated at both the ceremony and the reception or dinner. This will prevent unnecessary stress and perhaps tears. 5 Do delegate, delegate, delegate. Let others help so when the week of the wedding arrives you have time to enjoy your guests and not arrive at your own wedding too tired to enjoy it. Now how about the donts? 1. Dont think you have to spend more money on a wedding than it would cost you for a college education or a new house. Some of the most beautiful and meaningful ceremonies are in someones back yard. It isnt about how much money you spend but about the love between you. Think about how you can avoid going into your marriage on the edge of bankruptcy. 2. Dont be shy about speaking up for yourselves. This is your wedding. Just because Aunt somebody-or-other had her bridesmaids in dresses that looked like those in My Big Fat Greek Wedding doesnt mean you have to do the same. Or because Uncle I-think-I-can-sing-but-cant wants to sing doesnt mean you have to let him. Tell them how much you love them and thank each of them for their wonderful offer with a gentle statement that youve already chosen the dresses and planned the music (or whatever). 3. Dont Procrastinate. This is another way to say what was said in #2 Do above. If you want a disaster the day before and the day of the wedding, just put things off. The more organized you are and the better you have delegated those last minute things, the more you will be able to participate in and enjoy wedding day. 4. Dont have unrealistic expectations about having everything perfect. Beautiful? Yes. Perfect is harder. Remember that this is a joyful celebration of love rather than an exercise in perfection. Most of us are not practically perfect in every way like Mary Poppins and we make mistakes. The mistake is generally the thing that gives you the fondest memories. I officiated a near perfect wedding and I was aware that everything had gone right. At about that point, a bridesmaid fainted. She was quickly back on her feet and the ceremony proceeded, again, perfectly. There was no way this could be anticipated and prevented. They will talk about it with fond memories for years to come. 5. Dont drink alcoholic beverages prior to the ceremony. There are enough challenges without having a best man or even the groom (or the maid of honor or even the bride) drunk at the ceremony. Yes, nerves are jangled and tension is high. But you dont want the officiant to say, when its time for vows, Please slur after me . . . Saturday, April 19th, 2008

By Lesley Mattos While professional photographers shoot many types of events, many are coming up with unique ideas and incentives to offer their wedding clients, which are giving them an edge over their competitors. Photographers who are looking for ideas that compliment their current wedding offerings are turning to other wedding vendors professional photographer programs to market themselves in a whole new and very unique way. In a recent survey conducted by Adesso Albums, the following five incentives were identified as the most successful incentive-based marketing strategies for attracting wedding clients and referrals: Engagement Photo Sessions Many photographers will add an engagement photo session of the couple to their wedding package. This is a great incentive for couples wanting to publish professional engagement photos in their local newspaper or later use their engagement photos in a showcase album at the wedding. Engagement Photos Showcased At Wedding Engagement photos are showcased in an album that is later used at the wedding reception as a guest book. The photographers engagement photos of the couple are showcased in the album and guests then add their handwritten sentiments and warm wishes on the album pages a keepsake that is a lasting reminder of the day (and the photographer). Wedding Photo Website A website that hosts the engagement and wedding photos is a wonderful way for the couples out-of-town guests who couldnt make it to the wedding feel as if they were a part of it. It also gives the couple an opportunity to stay in touch with their guests with fun pictures of the wedding and wedding reception. Custom Parent Albums Creating a custom album for each set of parents can boost the currency of the new son or daughter in law in addition to making a very special and personal gift. The albums feature photographs that are meaningful to each set of parents in a beautifully bound and personally created coffee table album for them to enjoy for years to come. French Food and Its Regional Influences

Wednesday, April 16th, 2008

By Everaert Patrice In some regions people contained there regional specialties but most of them became famous and enjoyed all over the world. In their own region of origin you can mainly find their specialty with more quality of preparation and ingredients, even if you can find them throughout France. In each region they have also their typical way of choosing the ingredients and cooking their meals. For example Tomatoes, different kinds of herbs and Olive oil are a must in the Cuisine in Provence. Here are a couple main influences of regional cooking: * Economic conditions and history: The economic conditions, lifestyle and the culture of course have formed the local food traditions in different areas. Firm cheeses are found in the mountain regions since that over difficult and long winters they can be preserved. In the history when we speak about economy, we find that in some limited areas this firm cheeses are also the main means of support for a lot of homes since they can be produced in the mountains for the livestock. Over several centuries the economic prosperity of the region of Burgundy was great due to their excellence in raising cattle and that also helped them to provide their rich cream sauces and meat dishes. * Local availability: Fresh local ingredients that are not transported for long distances are of better quality and are the basics of the best food and of course the French nation of gourmets knows that. For example, the community of areas where herbs and fruit grow easily will use them in their local cuisine. Likewise, inland areas don`t really use a lot of sea fish but on the contrary Northwest coastal places of France like Normandy and Brittany offer a typical way of eating sea fish meals. * Immigration and neighbouring countries: The neighbors cuisine is formally incorporated in areas of France which border onto other countries. Near to the Italian border for example it will not be surprising to find Italian dishes. Because of immigration, the North African people residing in the South of France are letting enjoy the French people of their original African dishes. And also after various wars the border of Germany has been moved back in the area of Alsace but until now you find the German Sauerkraut and wine that became very popular in that kind of areas. You will find in all parts of France, both in homes and in restaurants, a great range of dishes far extending beyond the regional specialities. However you will always remark the local influences in terms of cooking and ingredients. Local recipes and ingredients seem to be the best cooking and the most available in its own region. Therefore, the types of food one desires to enjoy is a great consequence of the choice where to visit or live in France. These are a couple of examples: * Fresh water fish is consumed in the inland areas, like in the Loire Valley, while sea food is preferred in the Mediterranean and near the Atlantic coast. * The hot climate throughout the south, favorites the use of fruit and vegetables. * The Sauerkraut and beer have been influenced in the northeast of France, like in Lorraine and Alsace, by the German. * Apples, crme fraiche (soured cream) and butter are used in the cuisine of northwest France. * Tomatoes, herbs and olive oil are mainly used by the French Mediterranean. Where Diets Go Wrong

Monday, April 14th, 2008

By David Rice The majority of people who notice they have put on weight immediately think the solution is to eat less. After all, eating food is what makes us big so reducing our portions must therefore mean reducing our waist line. Most health magazine and diet eating plans recommend reducing your food portions or trying to always leave segments of your meal, so the solution to being overweight must be; eat less. Unfortunately this method is not entirely true. Yes, eating less can help to reduce your weight but there are far more important factors to making weight loss achievable. For thousands of years, humans had to face starvation periods and as a result the body had to find ways of coping with this starvation period. This means that when you try and lower your food intake and dramatically cut down your portions your body will just produce less energy as a way of compensating the starvation of food enzymes to the blood stream. The most effective way and safe way is to eat around the bodys defensive system and to basically eat smartly. Smart eating and healthy diets are always hard. Your bodys cravings for sugars and sweet foods, for instance crisps and chocolate make it almost impossible to go a day without having that naughty food item. Your excess weight was not created in a day and will therefore simply not go away over night. It is important to keep a good intake of water within a diet. Often, we feel hungry when we actually dont crave food. Times when you feel hungry, try drinking a large glass of water, this can often help suppress the hunger for a longer period which helps to cut down your calorie intake. Carbohydrates are also a bad food to eat while maintaining a healthy diet. Naturally your body will burn carbohydrates above fat and so the more carbohydrates you eat the more you will burn and in turn the less fat you burn. Try and reduce the most common carbohydrates in your diet, i.e. bread, pasta and potatoes. By reducing your carbs your body will start to burn off fat.Exercise is almost the number 1 priority while eating smart. By consuming fewer calories than you burn will almost certainly help you to lose weight. Investing in a step-o-meter is a good way to see how many calories you burn on an average day. By comparing this to the food that you consume will give you a good guide to whether you are consuming more calories than you burn. Many people try herbal weight loss products. This is a risky investment as some offer false promises and hope. If this is the route you decide to take, ensure you have read a good source of reviews on the product you wish to purchase and have had advice from your doctor. The most common form of weight loss product is the hoodia range. This is down to one of its molecules, the P57. The P57 acts as an appetite suppresser which reduces your food cravings, helping you to eat less throughout the day. All though this product sounds chemically tested it is 100% natural and is entirely safe. Impact Of Mobile Phones In Daily Life

Friday, April 11th, 2008

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Indu_Nair]Indu Nair Mobile phone is a long-range, portable electronic device used for mobile communication. Mobile phones are now inexpensive, easy to use, comfortable and equipped with almost every latest feature we desire. Mobile phones are also known as lifesavers as they can help people in emergencies. If you get stuck in the middle of the road and find no one for help, you can just use a mobile phone and call for help. Mobile phones are comfortable way of communication over a long distance. Along with the obvious convenience and quick access to help in emergencies big and small, mobile phones can be both economical and essential for travelers trying to stay connected. In Japan, mobile phone companies provide immediate notification of earthquakes and other natural disasters to their customers free of charge. In the event of an emergency, disaster response crews can locate trapped or injured people using the signals from their mobile phones or the small detonator of flare in the battery of every cell phone; an interactive menu accessible through the phone’s Internet browser notifies the company if the user is safe or in distress. We have also been downloading Java games and video clips to our mobile phones. Several online mobile phone shops have come up to cater to this increasing demand for the best mobile phone handsets and the most reliable and cost-effective services in the use of the same. Along with all these advantages there are many disadvantages for mobile phone usage.Mobile-phone use while driving is common. It is generally agreed that using a hand-held mobile phone while driving is a distraction that brings risk of road traffic accidents. So we need to use hands free sets to avoid such hazards. The potential impact of the kind of electromagnetic fields generated by cellular phones on the human brain has received little attention until relatively recently, and its probably still much too soon to pronounce on the possible adverse effects of long-term exposure. Accumulating evidence indicate that microwave radiation from mobile phones may cause serious diseases and disturbances in the physiology. This includes an increased cancer risk and genetic damage, disturbed brain function and other effects. Mobile phone radiation and health concerns have been raised, especially following the enormous increase in the use of wireless mobile telephony throughout the world. So prolonged use of mobile phone should be avoided. The head set should be kept at reasonable distance from our head. We provide all type of latest trend mobile phones in a very discount rate. Fly Fishing in Russia

Thursday, April 10th, 2008

By Richard Chapo A few years back, I spent a year living in Siberia and had a chance to head out to a town called Tinda. Much to my surprise, a couple of the locals had fly fishing on the menu. The Siberian Surprise Mention the word Siberia and most people think of bleak, frozen tundra stretching for hundreds of miles. Well, this is more or less true in the winter. In the summer, however, much of Siberia is a burst of green with temperatures in the eighties and nineties. As I had failed to bring shorts, this was a bit of a surprise to me. Living in the city of Chita, I had an opportunity to visit the forest town of Tinda. Tinda is located about a day east of Lake Baikal and was built in the 1950s to act as a lumber town. The communist government haphazardly relocated a hundred thousand people and there they remain today. The area around Tinda is very mountainous and very beautiful. As the winter snows melt, rivers, lakes and creeks spring to life. While in Tinda, I was invited to go fly fishing with the sons of the people I was staying with. Hilarity was sure to follow since they spoke no English and I was fluent in Russian at about a kindergarten level. Off we went strolling to the apparent local hot spot. After a 45 minute walk, we came upon a slow moving creek that looked like something you would find in Wyoming. Trees towered over us and cast shadows across the water. Shallow pools of water formed along the bank and I couldve sworn I saw more than a few of our slippery friends. As every person knows, a first timer at anything will always have success. The boys had fished this spot hundreds of times, but I hadnt. By all that is good in the universe, I shouldve caught 20 while they caught nothing. Alas, evil had the day. I caught nothing, nada, zippo. Nikoli and Oleg, on the other hand, were getting fisher elbow. Although they caught a lot of fish, I cant tell you what they were. The language barrier was just too much. The fisher were six to 10 inches long and appeared to be related to Mackinaws, but the vodka celebration made this pure speculation.
